The Winged M magazine Cover

USHA Handball was playing a tournament at the Multnomah Athletic Club and it was decided to feature this on the cover of the club's magazine.

Handball is a very fast game, I wanted to capture that speed on the cover. After working with the photographer and choosing the best photo, I emphasized the action by manipulating the photo in Photoshop. Just as the game centers around the ball, I centered the blur there, which also serves to focus the attention on the text.
